Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant (Accounts Payable):
- Oversee Accounts Payable functions including vendor, customer, and banking responsibilities
- Provide support for new system integration and implementation initiatives
- Assist with year-end audit preparation
- Adhere to internal financial controls plus all company policies and procedures
- This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position
Required Skills for Staff Accountant (Accounts Payable):
- 5+ years of experience overseeing Accounts Payable functions
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and familiarity with QuickBooks
- Experience in supporting new system integration and implementation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is highly preferred, but relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered

Compensation Details: $30-35/hr W2
