IDR is seeking a Senior MDM Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role supports master data management efforts focused on member and provider identity to enable accurate analytics and reporting. You’ll collaborate with program areas, system SMEs, and end-users to ensure data identities align with governance standards and deliver clear, actionable insights.

Position Overview for the Senior MDM Developer

• Work as a strategic liaison to translate member and provider data identity challenges into clear, operational resolutions for client and provider identification needs.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze identity data from multiple complex internal and external sources to support HHS analytics requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on validating AI-supported outputs, including identifying and mitigating hallucinations related to identity data.
• Develop data literacy across the organization through documentation, tutorials, and training for non-technical staff using master data tools and AI.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and program teams to troubleshoot identity issues, ensure compliance with agency standards, and improve data quality.

Requirements for the Senior MDM Developer:

• 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions and operational requirements into clear, actionable access paths for client or provider identity for complex analytics
• 10+ years of experience with MDM tools such Informatica MDM
• 8+ years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leadership
• 8+ years of strong experience with SQL for data identification, data profiling and manipulation
