IDR is seeking a Marketing Analyst III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role is within a dynamic marketing team supporting brand initiatives and corporate activations. The position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment focused on strategic and executional support across key stakeholders.
Position Overview for the Marketing Analyst III:
- Provide support in planning and executing brand experiences and activations
- Manage event logistics, deliverables, asset coordination, and timeline tracking
- Handle operational tasks including project management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Prepare presentations and recaps for internal stakeholders
- Support on-site brand activations and ensure messaging consistency across all materials
Requirements for the Marketing Analyst III:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or agency/client service roles
- Experience supporting marketing projects or brand activations
- Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, or sponsorships
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
